Look what I found! Another one of my A* students 😀.
Whats astounding about this kid is the age he actually achieved his A*😯. Year 9 and 10!
So this kid is one of my neighbours, he lives a few houses down. He waited six months for a space. When we eventually gave him a space there was only 3 months left till the exam.
So how’s it even possible to get an A* in further maths, and stats, in 3 months, in year 9 then 10?🤔
I take no credit for this kid. For a start he was endowed with good, clever genes. Both his parents are doctors👨👩👧👦. Secondly, he was a clever little shit.👩🎓 He knew the answer’s before I even asked the questions.
I told his dad, he is fine, he doesn’t even need me. But his father insisted…keep going👍.
Most of my students have parents that can actually do maths. So, why do they come to me? Why can’t they just teach it themselves?🤔
The stress!
The headache of teaching it,😟 the heartache of exam papers, the painstaking task of getting them to sit down. The marking, the tantrums, the ….🥴
So this is why even students with clever parents come to me. All the heartache, headache, stress, tantrums…goes away.😄
When you turn them over to us, you can sit back, relax and chill.😉
After 3 lessons, you will suddenly start to notice their confidence go up👍. Then eventually they are moved up a set or two, and get better grades.
